The Russell Group Announces New Management Structure

The Russell Group, Inc., Washington's leading bipartisan government and industry relations firm focused on food, agriculture, and energy public policy, today announced a new management structure designed to support the organization’s continued growth, further enhance client service, and strengthen long-term strategic planning. The updated framework formalizes the firm’s leadership roles and positions the organization for its next chapter of expansion.

Under the new structure, Tyson Redpath will serve as Chairman of Advocacy and Business Strategy, overseeing the firm’s strategic direction, major initiatives, new business development, and long-term policy priorities. Jessica Schulken will become Chief Advocacy and External Affairs Officer, leading integrated advocacy efforts, coordinating external partnerships, and shaping the firm’s communications and engagement strategy. Allyson Alvaré will serve as Chief Operating Officer, leading the firm’s operational strategy, overseeing its core infrastructure, and strengthening internal systems to drive efficiency, accountability, and sustained excellence. The new model reflects how the firm has evolved in recent years and provides a more formalized leadership foundation for future growth.

“This management structure sharpens and elevates our leadership roles, ensuring we are positioned to deliver even greater value to our clients,” said Randy Russell, President and CEO. “As our business grows and the policy environment becomes more complex, clearly defined management roles enhance our ability to think strategically, pursue new opportunities, invest in our team, and navigate an ever-evolving landscape with confidence. We are excited for the next phase.”

The updated leadership framework aligns responsibilities across the firm’s core functions, promotes more efficient decision-making, and creates new opportunities for professional development within the organization. It also reinforces the firm’s mission to deliver trusted, results-driven advocacy for our clients across the federal policy landscape.

“Our clients rely on us not only to understand the issues of today but to anticipate the challenges of tomorrow,” said Tyson Redpath, Chairman of Advocacy and Business Strategy. “This structure ensures we can continue to meet those expectations with focus, agility, and depth.”

The Russell Group enters this next phase with a strengthened leadership team and a renewed focus on delivering strategic, high-impact results for our clients.
