The Russell Group is pleased to announce that Mary Galey will be joining the firm later this month as Executive Affairs Director. In this role, Galey will lead the firm’s client service and scheduling efforts as the team prepares for an active legislative and political engagement season.

Galey brings substantial experience in operational and strategic leadership to The Russell Group. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she began her Washington, D.C. career as a scheduler for Congressman David McKinley of West Virginia before advancing to Director of Operations for Congressman Tom Tiffany of Wisconsin, where she served for five years. Most recently, Galey served as Director of Scheduling for U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins, further strengthening her expertise in executive-level coordination and government operations.

Outside of the office, Galey enjoys early morning workout classes and cheering on her alma mater’s Tar Heels.
