The Russell Group announced that Andrew Harker has been promoted to the position of Vice President of the firm, effective today. In this capacity, Harker will coordinate all legislative and regulatory activities for the firm. Harker, a native of Virginia, has been with The Russell Group for over eight years and previously worked for the House Agriculture Committee under former Chairman Bob Goodlatte.

Andrew Harker is a graduate of Virginia Tech and lives in Virginia with his wife and two sons.
